Adem\u00e1s, deb\u00eda reunir los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La herramienta deb\u00eda contar con la posibilidad de gestionar el inventario de activos, tanto a nivel de servidor como de plataforma de usuario, de forma automatizada.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con la funcionalidad CMBC, permitiendo conocer las relaciones entre los distintos activos e identificando el impacto empresarial de cada incidente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La Soluci\u00f3n I <strong>ServiceDesk Plus<\/strong>, la herramienta de <strong>Help Desk de ManageEngine<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Como referencia en el desarrollo de software de administraci\u00f3n integral TI, ManageEngine se enfoca en ofrecer soluciones que facilitan la gesti\u00f3n de activos dentro de la estructura TI, con un cat\u00e1logo de m\u00e1s de 90 productos y herramientas.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a sus m\u00faltiples funcionalidades, ServiceDesk Plus se ha convertido en la herramienta por excelencia para potenciar la asistencia t\u00e9cnica y gesti\u00f3n de activos de las compa\u00f1\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s de ser una soluci\u00f3n modular y escalable, esta herramienta permite centralizar las peticiones en una interfaz completamente intuitiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hemos trabajado desde <strong>ToBeIT<\/strong> para el <strong>Hospital Clinic de Barcelona<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n<p>Entre trabajadores internos del hospital, investigadores, personal externo y proveedores\u2026 Desde 2019, m\u00e1s de 25.000 personas han trabajado de alguna forma u otra con el ServiceDesk de la DSI del HCB.<\/p>\n<p>Las funcionalidades m\u00e1s demandadas son resolver incidencias o solicitar alguno de los m\u00e1s de 80 servicios que actualmente ofrece de manera online a trav\u00e9s de ServiceDesk Plus la DSI.<\/p>\n<p>Todas estas peticiones, m\u00e1s de 6.500 mensuales, m\u00e1s de 150.000 en total desde la apertura de la plataforma en 2019, son tratadas y resueltas por 110 t\u00e9cnicos, con la ayuda de las automatizaciones que ofrece la herramienta.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, con el uso de ServiceDesk Plus, el equipo de DSI ha logrado inventariar m\u00e1s de 13.000 dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos (entre hardware y servidores) junto con el software desplegado en cada uno de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Probada la eficacia de ServiceDesk Plus a lo largo de 3 a\u00f1os de servicio ayudando a gestionar el d\u00eda a d\u00eda del departamento de DSI, este 2022 abriremos una nueva plataforma de ServiceDesk Plus para la gesti\u00f3n de personal del departamento de RRHH del hospital (DPP).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer desde <strong>ToBeIT<\/strong> por ti?<\/h2>\n<p>Nos hemos especializado en implementar soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas para mejorar los procesos dentro de la infraestructura IT, ofreciendo herramientas de Help Desk como ServiceDesk Plus.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ho sentim, aquesta entrada es troba disponible \u00fanicament en Espa\u00f1ol.
