Viclope<\/strong> se constituye como la empresa de servicios inform\u00e1tica de un grupo industrial espa\u00f1ol constituido por m\u00faltiples empresas que fabrican en toda Espa\u00f1a, algunas de ellas con casi 90 a\u00f1os de historia.<\/p>\n

El Reto I Mejorar la afrontando monitorizaci\u00f3n de su infraestructura<\/strong> IT su dispersi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

La infraestructura IT gestionada por Viclope<\/strong> est\u00e1 repartida en diferentes ubicaciones a lo largo de la geograf\u00eda nacional, tanto en plantas como en oficinas. La plataforma de monitorizaci\u00f3n se basaba en una infraestructura ubicada en uno de los CPD\u2019s centrales (el ubicado en Madrid), lo que provocaba que cuando ca\u00eda una l\u00ednea a una de las 18 f\u00e1bricas que hay en Espa\u00f1a, se perd\u00eda la monitorizaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura de la misma. Por otra parte, la herramienta con la que trabajaba Viclope<\/strong> ten\u00eda limitaciones t\u00e9cnicas.
\nLa nueva soluci\u00f3n de monitorizaci\u00f3n deb\u00eda ser m\u00e1s avanzada, escalable y segura, y \u00fatil a la dispersi\u00f3n de la infraestructura de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La Soluci\u00f3n\u00a0I\u00a0Plataforma basada en Checkmk<\/strong> y Grafana<\/strong> en configuraci\u00f3n distribuida<\/h2>\n

La migraci\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n de monitorizaci\u00f3n para hacerla m\u00e1s funcional se bas\u00f3 en el despliegue de una plataforma basada en dos productos:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Checkmk<\/strong> para la monitorizaci\u00f3n de activos IT (con un entorno distribuido en un Checkmk master y varios esclavos).<\/li>\n
  • Grafana<\/strong> para la representaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    \u00bfC\u00f3mo hemos trabajado desde ToBeIT<\/strong> para Viclope<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n

    ToBeIT<\/strong> ha analizado el uso que se le da a la plataforma actual, identificando las carencias y definiendo los est\u00e1ndares de medida del rendimiento de los indicadores cr\u00edticos de la infraestructura, los tags necesarios y toda aquella informaci\u00f3n necesaria para efectuar un despliegue eficiente y no intrusivo.<\/p>\n

    Posteriormente se han desplegado los diferentes productos, efectuado las configuraciones necesarias y preparando los cuadros de mando predefinidos.<\/p>\n

    Todo el trabajo se ha desarrollado con un equipo conjunto Viclope – ToBeIT<\/strong> que ha facilitado la transferencia de conocimiento necesaria.<\/p>\n
